At Advanced Dental Care, we have worked hard to create a warm and welcoming environment where everyone can feel at ease. Your First Dental Visit

Before you even walk through our doors, our team has been preparing for your arrival. You are our number one priority, and we want to ensure we do everything possible to make your first visit, and every visit after that, the best dental experience possible! That’s why we take extra care in collecting your important information, such as reason for your visit, dental insurance information, dental and medical history, and any personal preferences or requests, prior to your visit via our digital forms sent right to your email, text, or mobile app.

On the day of your appointment, all you need to do is, (insert relaxing sigh), arrive! Our friendly and warm front office team will be waiting to greet you. Then, one of our amazing dental team members will take you to your personal room to get comfortable. You’ll have a chance to get to know the team and discuss any concerns or ask questions. Whether you’re interested in partnering with a dentist for excellent preventive care, or exploring your options for replacing a missing tooth, fixing that chipped tooth that’s been bothering you, or a total smile makeover – we’ve got you covered. With full staff of dental specialists and the latest in dental technology and equipment, we’re sure to meet your every need.

After chatting with your dental assistant or dental hygienist, we will take X-rays and conduct an exam. If you’re here for a dental cleaning, your hygienist will remove all plaque and tartar buildup and check your gums for evidence of deep periodontal pockets, which indicate gum disease. Once the hygienist has finished, one of our top-rated doctors, Dr. Jorgenson or his associate, will examine your teeth for signs of cavities, worn dental work, teeth grinding, and other oral health hazards. This is also your time to discuss any other dental problems or goals. Based on your conversation, your dentist will make some recommendations and our treatment coordinators will prepare a treatment plan for your consideration.

If treatment is needed, we can often provide same-day treatment (and payment options if needed). Otherwise, if no treatment is needed, we will have you polished to perfection and on your way. See you in 6 months!

Our dental membership plans are the perfect solution for patients without dental insurance or those simply fed up with the lack of coverage and hoops their current dental insurance company makes them jump through. When you sign up for one of our Be Smile Smart Plans, you’ll receive amazing dental benefits at a fraction of the cost. Plans are good for a full year and offer free biannual dental exams, hygiene treatment (cleanings,) all necessary X-rays, discounts on restorative procedures, and other valuable benefits for a flat, no-strings-attached fee. Let’s be honest – we aren’t always expecting to need dental treatment, some of which may exceed our budget! But don’t worry - That’s why we offer affordable financing options at Advanced Dental Care. We work with several trusted, third-party lending companies so that you can cover your treatment in a way that works best for you. Our partners offer low monthly payments, no interest payments, and other custom options to fit your needs. In-house options are also available on a case-by-case basis!

Online Payments

Through our online portal, making a payment on provided treatment is easier and faster than ever before! In some cases, we may be able to help you set up a payment plan to help break up the total cost. Just visit our Patient Portal to access your account and to make payments or contact us directly to request a payment plan.

Cancellation policy

For optimal scheduling and to ensure efficient dental care for all our patients, we kindly request that you confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

You can confirm your appointment by replying to the text or email, via our mobile app, or by calling us at (714) 793-0841 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

We strive to provide timely care for all our patients. If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, please inform us so we can determine the best course of action. While we’ll make every effort to accommodate you, late arrivals may necessitate rescheduling and could incur a late fee. Should you need to modify or cancel your appointment, we would appreciate a notice of at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice, including no-shows, may incur a fee.
